(Las Vegas)—This casino operator named Ed Feiner senior vice president and chief architect, a new position, effective immediately. Mr. Feiner, 61, was most recently director of the Washington office of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP. Previously, Mr. Feiner served as chief architect of the General Services Administration.
