Mr. Kozak, 57, will lead business development efforts as the account executive for the companyÂ’s Defense Department business. Mr. Kozak was with IBM global business services, a part of International Business Machines Corp., where he was most recently a client solutions executive responsible for strategy and business development with the Pentagon.
