(Clinton, N.J.)—This engineering and construction conglomerate named Edward G. Galante, Jack A. Fusco and Steven J. Demetriou directors, effective immediately. Mr. Galante, 57, was senior vice president at Exxon Mobil Corp. before retiring in 2006. Mr. Fusco, 45, was chairman and chief executive of Texas Genco LLC before retiring. Mr. Demetriou, 49, is chairman and chief executive of Aleris International Inc. The board increases from eight to nine.
