(Stuttgart, Germany)—Robert G. Liberatore is retiring as group senior vice president and head of global external affairs and public policy for this car maker, effective at the end of the first quarter. Mr. Liberatore, 59, will join the German Marshall Fund as a senior trans-Atlantic fellow. Daimler said his successor will be announced at a later date.
